Monaghan County Library Services invites all children up to the age of 18 years to the launch of the last book in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows at midnight on Friday 20th July in all five branch libraries in the County.
This event is FREE & OPEN to everyone.
To avail of a FREE copy of the book or borrow the book, a draw will take place on the night for all up to date library members – so if your membership is not up to date, just visit the library before 5pm on Friday 20th July and renew.
If you are not already a member, then visit the library today and fill in a form with a parent/guardian and membership is FREE for all children/young people.
A number of copies will be given away FREE on the night and others for borrowing!
You must also fill in a slip of paper in the library before the Friday 20th July to be included in the draw, with a chance to borrow a book at the launch, as we will be put everyone’s name into a hat!
International storyteller, Pat Speight from Cork, will read the first two pages of the book after Midnight & a other stories in Clones Library, while magicians will wiz around the crowds in the other libraries.
No need for queuing on the night, as everyone is in with a chance to get a book!
