Ireland’s leading writers, poets, journalists and thinkers will be descending on Dublin City Hall between 7 and 9 March 2008 for the first Dublin Book Festival.
The festival is organised by Irish Book Publishers’ Association (CLÉ) and supported by the Arts Council; the Department of Art, Sport and Tourism; Bord na Leabhar Gaeilge; Dublin City Council; Dublin City Libraries and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. Readers will have a unique opportunity to interact with book publishing professionals and their favourite Irish authors during reading group sessions.

The official festival programme will be launched on Wednesday, 27 February. All events are open to the public and entry is free.
