Library Book Festival – We know that your first love is still books and this year the show features a whole range of opportunities to get involved with books. Visit the independent publishers in the IPG village, listen to our guest authors and have a copy of their book signed by the authors themselves. There will also be talks and panel debates about books for libraries in our learning theatres plus publisher presentations in the Publishers Zone.
Visit a mobile Library – One of Warwickshire Libraries and Information Services’ award winning mobile Libraries will be on display as part of this year’s Library Show. Beautifully decorated with scenes from Shakespeare’s plays, it represents state of the art technology and an imaginative approach to serving communities.
Be inspired by our display of photographs and models of new libraries, featuring many recently built libraries and plans and models of new libraries, including the Library of Birmingham that will open in 2013.
