Ireland’s largest architectural event Open House made a welcome return from 8 to 11 October during which South Dublin County Council’s central library in Tallaght was ‘visited’ by a Flashmob.
The event was entitled When is a Library not a Library? and was designed to challenge perceptions of what happens in a public space!
It was directed by Tony Fegan of Tallaght Community Arts and Louise Costelloe, Dancer in association with South Dublin Libraries.
