Library Studentship – Royal Irish Academy

RIA logoThe Royal Irish Academy is an independent learned society dedicated to promoting excellence in research and scholarship across a broad range of disciplines in the Social Sciences, Humanities and Sciences.
The Academy library invites applications for a one-year Library Studentship, commencing 25 August 2010. The privately funded studentship will be awarded to a graduate who wishes to gain experience of working in a library prior to attending a post-graduate course in librarianship.
Candidates should have an honours degree or expect to attain an honours degree in their summer exams and be able to demonstrate good IT and communication skills.
