The theme of this year’s seminar is Recommending with Confidence.
Speakers will include: Siobhán Fitzpatrick, Librarian, Royal Irish Academy, Valerie Coghlan, Librarian and Lecturer at Church of Ireland College of Education, Dublin and Oisín McGann, Irish author and illustrator.
Part of the seminar will be dedicated to the review and recommendation by Members of the Youth Library Group committee of books for children under the following subjects:
- Autism
- Dyslexia
- Bullying
- Social Integration/Multiculturalism
- Disabilities
